theres not a set amount of times you just need to make sure youre not need to make sure its not getting really dry keep it moisturized but not wet with whatever your using and i wouldnt use antiseptic cream i would use a and d ointment antiseptic creams are made to draw infection out and they will also draw ink out...
I used this stuff called Aquaphor on my tattoos, I did it at least 2-3 times a day. Usually in the morning and at night, just to make sure it wasn't dry and to help the peeling.


Use antibacterial soap in the shower too.
just a bit.reapply if it feels dry.
