Question doesnt contain enough details for a simple answer. Many packs of cream sold these days are uht or sterilised cream which if unopened will not go off over a day at room temperature. If pack is opened or cream is not uht then unless your counter happens to be very cool, then it is not good to risk it unless you enjoy a bout of stomach upset.

Do the sniff test - bad dairy smells sour or off. All day outside is questionable, but if your place is really airconditioned, maybe?
