When you work night shift, do you use night cream at night, or, during the day when you are asleep ?

Night cream is made to give extra moisture to your skin while you sleep, no matter when that is. It is just called night cream because that is when most people sleep. It would be really strange to have to call it ';While you sleep extra moisture cream';When you work night shift, do you use night cream at night, or, during the day when you are asleep ?

yep, wear it when you sleep. I think the main diff between night and day cream anyway is that the day cream has SPF in it, but you wont be seeing the sunlight anyway so that wont matter.
