Does clinique 7 day scrub cream help with acne?

If you have an actual live breakout... DON'T USE IT! Don't use any type of manual scrub (like stuff with beads) because it will irritate your skin more and if you have actual acne, the bacteria that causes acne (p. acne) will spread all over your face, causing more acne. The 7 Day Scrub also leaves a residue on your face which will only clog your pores more if you don't follow with a liquid soap.

I'm a Clinique consultant, and I'm not sure what type of skin you have but if you actually do have an acne problem you should be using the Acne Solutions line, which has a chemical exfoliator.

My best suggestion is for you to go on the Clinique website from 10-8 EST and do the live chat with someone. The people that consult you are the same people who train the consultants, so they will definitely be able to tell you what product you need.

Is it ok to use Olay Total Effects day cream at 26?

I searched here too much for answer and i found too much girls talking about olay toatal effects but i am still confused and afraid to use it as my daily cream , i have got sample one to test it -7ml- and this is the third day i use it, i feel a difference in my face and i like it and my friends noticed that also but i am afried because i am still young to use like this products and i found many answers here like my mom use it ,my mother says it is great so i am afried if it is only for old women 40 + so please advise

please advise....Is it ok to use Olay Total Effects day cream at 26?
It's never too early to protect your skin - olay total effects is fine to use. If it had any harmful effects/allergies they would of happened within 24hrs.Is it ok to use Olay Total Effects day cream at 26?
Sweetie, you're going to sneeze one day and be FORTY YEARS OLD!!!!! OH MY GOD!!!! WRINKLES!!!! WRINKLES!!!!
yes... in fact sometimes it is better to use two different creams... for example, at night I use a cream that contains glycolic and salisylic acid in it, which would make my skin more sensitive to light and therefore not so good for daytime. During the day I use a basic, multipurpose moisturizer without oil from prescriptives... just make sure your day moisturizer has sunscreen or else you need to apply some oil free facial sunscreen to avoid those sun lines and age spots... even if it is hazy or the winter you still need sunscreen.

If you are unsure about your facial regemin then perhaps you should make an appointment with an esthetition or dermatologist to discuss the right creams and routine for your personal skin.

If you use a tanning bed ONE DAY after putting on self-tanning cream, will the cream ';block'; the rays or?

...Will your skin get darker? Will the sweat (when you're on the tanning bed) worsen the look of the skin by making striates? If you use a tanning bed ONE DAY after putting on self-tanning cream, will the cream ';block'; the rays or?
The tanning creams do not contain any sunblock, so no, it won't ';block'; any of the rays. The self-tanner will put the colour on your skin, and the tanning bed will do its own job. The sweat will only cause streaking if the self-tanner you used had a bronzer in it that you have not washed off yet. This won't affect your actual tan at all... once you shower, the bronzer will wash off, and your tan will be as even as possible (so long as you applied the faux tan right and didn't cause any streaks at that point).

Girls? Do you use spf sunscreen day cream when you staying in the cold country?

um, I often seen many girls on the internet have a paranoid of the UV ray however, they are living in the cold country, so i'd like to know, dose it necessary to use the sunscreen lotion? when you are living in Iceland, northern america or europe? I'm asian part caucasian and I living in south east asia, I have never used sunscreen on my face even thought my country has got a lot of sunshine but I always staying indoor and when I go outdoor, It'd be only a 5-20 Min's that I really walk in the sun. and I have never got the sun burnt my skin. because I wearing long very sleeves and long skirt. Girls? Do you use spf sunscreen day cream when you staying in the cold country?
It's not the temperature that matters. It's advised that you wear sunscreen on your face and entire body that will be exposed any time you know you will be outside, even if it's raining out. It's the UV rays that will cause damage, and even if you can't see/feel the sun, it's still there and the rays are still affecting your skin. If you will be outside for 5 minutes while you walk from your car to a building, then spend all day inside, it's not really needed. but if you know you will at least be outside a few times throughout a day, then yes, wear some. I always add suncreen to my moisturizer before applying my foundation.

So basically it's your choice, but it's not like applying it will cause damage if you end up not going outside.Girls? Do you use spf sunscreen day cream when you staying in the cold country?
Even in cold areas, the suns rays can still be damaging. In fact, most people get burnt when it is overcast because they do not think about putting on SPF. As long as the sun is out, SPF should be used. Although, note that for your skin you may not burn easily, but it is a good idea to wear SPF just to prevent skin damage and wrinkles.
yes one of my teachers put on sunscreen all throughout the year, even during winter. when she applied sunscreen she would apply it to the back of her left hand but not her right. so you can actually see the comparison- the hand with the sunscreen is young and with less wrinkles and the right hand looks old. after seeing her, i try to put on sunscreen everyday
I live in Victoria, Australia and I only wear sunscreen when its sunny outside/warm. In winter, I never use it.
no its not neccesary.
yes, there is still UV ray in the cold country

If a cream is supposed to be for the day can you still use it in the night?

You can use it at night, but it is probably recommended for day wear because it takes longer to absorb into the skin. If you wear it at night for 8 hours while you sleep, it won't be as effective as if you wear it during the day, for the 16 hours you are awake. If a cream is supposed to be for the day can you still use it in the night?
Sure you can. Mainly the difference between a day and a night cream will be the thickness of it. Day cream will be more light and water based and night cream will be a bit more thick. If a cream is supposed to be for the day can you still use it in the night?
I don't think a cream knows the difference between day and night and is going to absorb the same no matter what.
You can use it any time you like. might not work in the dark though.
yes just leave your bedroom light on and the cream will never know !!!!!!!!!!!!!! LOL !!!!
Oh dear God - the questions on Y!A never fail to amaze me.
Yes, but you won't sleep as well.

';i use a brand of deep cleansing skin cream to time a day formy anchne but my achne got worse?

dose this have anything to do with the cream or my diet';i use a brand of deep cleansing skin cream to time a day formy anchne but my achne got worse?
Usually when you start a new face wash-- your acne most likely will get worse. All of my friends went through the same exact thing, its normal! just keep using it as directed.

and if it just keeps getting worse for a few weeks or something then i would probably try something else?

if all else fails-- call a dermatologist! : )

Good Luck hon!';i use a brand of deep cleansing skin cream to time a day formy anchne but my achne got worse?
If you over use a acme product it can dry out your skin and cause infection to sit in worsening the acme. Try drinking more water and washing your face with a mild soap in the morning and then using the deep cleansing in the evening. Try to avoid alcohol based products. Just because they burn does not mean that they work.
Could be! Try washing your face with black soap, It helps! Here's some information regarding this product. Good Luck!

Can you use out of day sun cream?

My factor 50 has a 12 month shelf date and I cant remember if i brought it last year or the year before....will it still protect me from the sun even if it is past its best? it's almost full and it'll be such a huge waste of money if i cant use it, but if it's not that good, could i just mix it in with moisturizers and foundations for day to day wear?

Thanking you!!! :)Can you use out of day sun cream?
Perhaps not. Try using a dab on one arm and see if there is any reaction to the ingredients. ATTENTION! Shake the tube/bottle to mix the lotion thoroughly before using it. If after a day of use and no irritations then you can put it on. However, if the sun screen doesn't work then discard, money or no money, your health comes before $$$.

Spartawo...Can you use out of day sun cream?
Sorry to say, I probably wouldn't use it. It's not that it wouldn't necessarily work, but that the ingredients might have gone bad. I've seen people break out in pimples or hives from expired sun screen, especially after a day of sweating.
i think it would be best to by some new sun cream just to be on the safe side

Starting monistat 7-day cream treatment- can I wear undies w/a pantiliner to bed or is it better to let it be?

I am 19 and just had my first annual GYN appointment.. and my doctor said it looks like I have a yeast infection cuz it hurt when she did the swab even though there was no dryness or anything, and because she said it looked a little irritated down there and whitish around the vaginal opening.. even though I have no symptoms. Only noticed the irritation when she did the swab.. so it was good that I went because I can fix it now before any bothersome symptoms appear. Caught it early.

So I got a 7 day monistat treatment from wal mart like she said to do, and it says to use it before bedtime for a week...

So things are more slippery down there with the cream and I'm wondering can I go to bed wearing panties and a pantiliner, or is it healthier for me to not wear panties to bed this week?

for some reason I'm just used to the feeling of wearing them and am more comfortable with undies to sleep and don't have any long garments that will cover things up..

but I want to do what's best for the situation to heal and stuff so I won't have to deal with problems- I can just lock my door when I sleep and go all natural I'm just wondering if I should or if it doesn't matter?Starting monistat 7-day cream treatment- can I wear undies w/a pantiliner to bed or is it better to let it be?
If possible where a pad. It gets nasty as it heats up with your body temperature. The more protection the better.Starting monistat 7-day cream treatment- can I wear undies w/a pantiliner to bed or is it better to let it be?
It's best to wear a pantie liner to bed and if you wake up in the middle of the night, then change it because it get's messy.
Wear a pantie liner and undies. That cream leaks out and gets messy. No worries ^_^

Can day cream be used at night?

I just bought a Seaweed Mattifying Day Cream from The Body Shop.

Anyone used it before? What are your opinions towards it?

The moisturizer is for combination/oily skin. It is stated that it can control shine throughout the day, mattify where and when skin needs, etc.

When i used it for the first time, the feeling is great.

It leaves my skin soft and hydrated.

But i realized it doesnt control oil??

My skin appears to produce more oil!

After applying, few hours later, I can see shine on my cheeks, forehead and chin. I have no idea y is it so.

Wondering if it is because of the weather then my face sweat. Thats y?

Or is it because i applied too much?

Does this means the moisturizer is not suitable for my face?

    Should i stop using it?

It will be such a waste then =(

So i intended to use it at night. Will it be better?

Can a day cream be used at night?

One more thing that i dont understand is each time i used a new product, my skin seems to produce more oil. WHY?Can day cream be used at night?
day cream usually has sunblock included so one doesn't need it in the night but it sure wont hurt youCan day cream be used at night?
You're 18 that's why. Your hormones are still running amok. Don't fight the oil - it's worse makes the sebaceous glands work harder to produce the oily you're so desperate to get rid of. find a gentle very light day lotion (not cream) and don't use it at night. You're not doing any harm but chances are you wake up with an oily face anyway with or without cream. As for your hair Pantene have great products.
i used that too and had more oil!
no,because the day cream is for day only you cannot use it in night because if you use day cream in night it will make ugly
Apply the product on a clean face, apply small quantities, and use loose powder for shine control. If you are young, you can use day cream at night also, if you are young at heart but not otherwise, better use complete night schedule (anti wrinkles eye cream etc)

The real reason for ';99'; Flake being so called has been lost in the mists of time, but this is an extract from an article which appeared in a Cadbury works paper many years ago.

At a recent Sales conference Mr Berry, a sales manager, told a story of how Flake became associated with ice cream and how ';99'; Flake came by its name.

    ';When I first came north in 1928 I found that some of the Italian soft ice cream makers in County Durham were trying ways of introducing other lines to increase their sales, which in those days were largely in the form of sandwich wafers. The possibilities were obvious if we could get a suitable line, both in shape and size and texture - and the most promising was Flake, which at that time only sold as a 2d line, and therefore had to be cut with a knife to reduce its size.';

It proved very successful and its popularity quickly spread. After successive introductions of half penny and 1d Flake, both of which were sold with ice cream, the Sales Committee finally agreed to produce a special size to fit the sandwich and Mr Berry visited a number of Italian customers in the area. After this of course the cornet with the Flake placed temptingly in the top of the ice cream became very popular.

In the days of the monarchy in Italy the King has a specially chosen guard consisting of 99 men, and subsequently anything really special or first class was known as ';99'; - and that his how ';99'; Flake came by its name.
Iv never called it that, I just called it a cone, may be u the got the 1st digit upside down and you are thinking of something else you love that may include a cone
Because the flake in the ice-cream is 99mm long, or they were originally.
i think it was to do with the price way back then! ...
I've often wondered that. And I would like to know why a bubblegum at the bottom of ice-cream is called a screwball?
Because it was too embarassed to celebrate its 100th birthday
Its to do with the cone makers, who sold them to the ice cream vans. they came up with a marketing campaign and the rest is history.

The origins of the name are uncertain. One claim is that the '99' was coined in Portobello, Scotland, in 1922, by the Arcari family, who owned a well known ice cream shop there. They sold ice-cream waffers with half a large 'Cadbury Flake' inserted in the top, and reputedly gave it the name simply because the shop was sited at 99 High Street. The idea spread locally, then further afield.

A company known as ';Askey's'; which supplied ice cream vans first established a cone called ';99';. As people ordered this, ';99 with a flake'; would have been shortened over the years to ';99 flake.

By In 1930, Cadbury started producing a smaller version of the standard Flake bar especially for ice cream cones. These were marketed under the name 99 Flake and sold loose in boxes rather than individually wrapped like the traditional Flake.

if you are not used to eating things that are rich, and double cream is rich, you will get the runs and maybe a belly ache as well. Especially if you really liked it and ate too much. Lots of times people get sick from eating too much of something, not because it was spoiled.I ate pasta with a sauce that had double cream in that was ONE day out of day, would that make me ill?
As long as it was properly refridgerated before hand and then heated well then most likely not.

Food poisening can take a couple of days. Either you have a bug that has been going around or you ate something somewhere a couple of days prior that is making you sick.

One day out of the sell by or expiration date is not going to hurt you.

Here are some preliminary things you can do: Sleep 8 hours a night, eat healthy, exercise regularly, don't smoke or drink excessively, stay out of the sun. Besides that, I recommend trying out some creams and patches. There are some free trials in my source that seem to be right up your alley. hope this helps, alexAny miracle cream to help with wrinkles above the lip? They seem to be getting bigger by the day :)?

no way...I wouldn't want to get sickIf you left cream out in a bag all day on the counter, then found it in the evening-would you drink it?
If it was winter, maybe. In summer it would be off in no time =/
Put it in hot coffee - if it curdles , its bad.
    nope
Ewwwwww no its probably gone bad by then. Plus i wouldn't drink straight out cream anyway (unless i was dying of thirst then i would) except 4 in coffe.
NO because it would taste gross
    NO!
    No.
like dairy cream?? no, because it would probably have gone off and besides, I wouldn't drink cream.
Question doesnt contain enough details for a simple answer. Many packs of cream sold these days are uht or sterilised cream which if unopened will not go off over a day at room temperature. If pack is opened or cream is not uht then unless your counter happens to be very cool, then it is not good to risk it unless you enjoy a bout of stomach upset.
    no
Do the sniff test - bad dairy smells sour or off. All day outside is questionable, but if your place is really airconditioned, maybe?

  • L'oreal Dermagenisis Day Cream??

Hi....i have a dry skin and i want to upgrade my day cream. I have seen L'oreal Dermagenisis day cream on the shelves....want to know how it is? Can you please help?L'oreal Dermagenisis Day Cream??
Many people i've spoken to find that it does improve their overall skin texture, however, having sampled it myself, i found it to also be quite harsh on the skin. It also works to plump up the skin, however, i found it to be a very temporary and unnatural sensation. Research has also shown that anti-aging products often can worsen fine lines and wrinkles due to chemical effects - and many generic creams work just as effectively. My mum also finds it doesn't work, and many have made her skin worse.

In my opinion, work to combat dry skin and you'll notice an immediate radiance - i use The Vitamin E range from the body shop, and its very rich and makes my skin glow and appear much more nourished.L'oreal Dermagenisis Day Cream??
Its an anti wrinkle spf moisteriser. They cost around 拢10-拢20 at boots and superdrug. It shows better results if you also use the night cream. My mum uses it and it made her skin very soft and smooth. She loves it.
let me tell you.the packaging, the price, the airbrushed models.its not worth it.i tried it and absoloutly nothing happened it was terrible
did you know..loreal and lancome are the same company? so if you buy loreal your getting lancome for loreal price...

why do i put weight on so fast just with one treat? must i always starve myself to lose weight with no treats ever? I am 167cm tall and 74kg. i want to be 65kg.On diet eating 1200 calorie a day. lose half kilo a day. then i eat one pie and an ice cream and put on a kilo?
Whenever I increase my calories from a deficit, I always gain water weight. Your water weight can fluctuate by quite a bit, which could fully explain your weight gain right there.

PS - Why only 1200 calories a day? Did you use a calculator or help from a nutritionist to arrive at that number? For some people, that is too low. Please read my source for more info.On diet eating 1200 calorie a day. lose half kilo a day. then i eat one pie and an ice cream and put on a kilo?
Scale is a great indication of weight loss, but you have to use it as an indicator only.

You can gain ';weight'; by drinking lots of fluids, but not gained any fat. If you hop on scale after being in sauna, you would've lost ';weight'; on scale but not necessary shed any body fats.

Try not to be too influenced by it.

It's more important to focus on over all calorie intake and health. If you don't have muscle, you'll gain weight easy. You need to be exercising and building muscles to create body that can burn fat fast.

Losing weight isn't easy. Make sure you aren't ';treating'; yourself too often. Once a week and make sure it's in moderation.

You also shouldn't be starving yourself. If you are on 1200 calories diet, which is very minimum, your food should be mainly vegetables. It's very easy to add up to 1200, but you need to be eating and feeding your body with enough nutrients, so it doesn't feel ';hungry';. If you are starving your body, it will go on ';save'; mode and start storing fat.

lets say you eat 1200 calories one day because u skip breakfast or something and the next day you get 1800 calories your body sees this up and down calorie intake and is like wtf? so is takes the extra calories from the 1800 calorie day and stores them as fat
you didnt. body fluids also affect your weight, so maybe you just drank too much water (which, of course, you will pee.) hope this helps

is this a waist?what gives?thanks!Does my skin really know if i give it night cream in the day?i feel i am doing well protecting it more.?
night creams are too nourishing on the skin and should n;t be worn in the day is can cause conjestion in the skin causeing pustules and blachheads .only use it every second day and get a sperate moisturiser for the day . with sfp and also apply sunscrean under neath. i'm very paranoid about premature ageing and suncreeen it your best protector . i wear it evryday and re alpply every 3 hours .Does my skin really know if i give it night cream in the day?i feel i am doing well protecting it more.?
I've heard that night creams are very good for restoring the skin at night because when one is sleeping the body is repairing itself (so to speak) I don't wear a night time cream just a day time but I was thinking about wearing a night time cream because I've heard it's meant to be good. Having said that I watched a documentary about skin creams and if it doesn't contains SPF in it then it really won't work. I'm not sure what to believe anymore.

Most night creams don't have sun protection so not good for day wear unless you use a separtate sunscreen. I find they are also a bit too shiney for the daytime.
Night creams have no sun protection - so wearing it in the day is doing your skin damage...as no UVA/UVB protection...this will age you quicker!

  • Day cream advice?

i am 29 yrs with a dry skin.....at my age i need a cream that provides nourishment to my skin, keeps it hydrated and helps me with anti-age properties......so basically, a good hydrating day cream with SPF and anti-ageing properties and also a cream taht gives a glow to my face......

i was thinking of trying olay total effects day cream....can you please advise whether this cream is good? if not, then which cream shld i go for.....Day cream advice?
Maria Galand has very good creams. But I don't know can u find it anywhere. . . It is also expensive, but also the best! My older sister and mum use Maria Galand creams and their skin is so soft and it is also great for anti-age treatment.Day cream advice?
I haven't used that cream but it sounds good from the ads.

Check the internet for reviews on olay total effects, there will be loads.

If you want a glow maybe you could use olay total effects touch of sunshine? If you want a sunless tanner with the cream.

I think L'Oreal dermogenisis (with penelope cruz) looks great as well.

    ';When I first came north in 1928 I found that some of the Italian soft ice cream makers in County Durham were trying ways of introducing other lines to increase their sales, which in those days were largely in the form of sandwich wafers. The possibilities were obvious if we could get a suitable line, both in shape and size and texture - and the most promising was Flake, which at that time only sold as a 2d line, and therefore had to be cut with a knife to reduce its size.';

Besides that, I recommend trying out some creams and patches. There are some free trials in my source that seem to be right up your alley. hope this helps, alexAny miracle cream to help with wrinkles above the lip? They seem to be getting bigger by the day :)?

it depends upon whether the pack is sealed or open. in case sealed i would give it a try but if open no wayIf you left cream out in a bag all day on the counter, then found it in the evening-would you drink it?
no way...I wouldn't want to get sickIf you left cream out in a bag all day on the counter, then found it in the evening-would you drink it?

    L'oreal Dermagenisis Day Cream??

Is whipped cream the modern day parsley?

Indeed it is. It is a beautiful garnish on any plate, and is delicious in tabbouleh. Is whipped cream the modern day parsley?
You know what? This isn't even a funny question. It is a dead serious question.

As a person who HATES AND LOATHES whipped cream, I am very sensitive to it's presence.

And let me tell you, they put it on EVERYTHING now. I have to be careful to always say NO WHIPPED CREAM. And then they sometimes still forget and put it on there and once it is on you can't get it all back off again.

I went to a restaurant recently and ordered flan and they brought it covered with the stuff. Why? It has no business being there.

Stupid fools. And their other food was bad too dumb-butts.

Anyway, yes it is the modern day garnish/parsley.Is whipped cream the modern day parsley?
No, as a chef I don't think so. Not in an age where we are all getting away from fatty garnishes in our dishes.

In fact I'd say that basil is the modern day parsley. I even had vanilla ice cream with basil syrup.
Whippe cream : desserts :: parley : entrees.
No. I don't use whipped cream on my spaghetti.

  • Cream leather sofa , any ideas how to get off day to day 'grime'?

You need to use a good quality water based foam leather cleaner. Maxi Cleaner if it is really dirty

DO NOT use anything containing oils, waxes or silicones. (Most 'conditioners' contain waxes or oils) and furniture polish contains silicones

BABY WIPES are the worst thing you can use as they will destroy the finish on your leather. They are very strong alkiline cleaners to neutralise urine (acid) on babys skin so they are not the right thing to use on leather.

Saddle soap is too harsh to use on todays furniture.

A lot of leather wipes contain chemicals which will also destroy the finish or leave residues on the leather which will damage it. They are not cheap in the long run as you would need a lot to clean a whole leather sofa. A bottle of foam cleaner should do your furniture 1-2 times.

You should also follow this with a good water based leather protector which will act like a 'scotchgard' and inhibit dirt and stains from being absorbed and make cleaning easier the next time.

Dry leather needs rehydrating with water and oils and waxes should not be used as the natural oils do not dry out of leather. Wiping over with a damp cloth regularly will help to do this.

We have just sent a technican out this morning to a lady whose leather has been completely destroyed by baby wipes, please please do not use them.

Leather care consultants to the furniture and cleaning industrCream leather sofa , any ideas how to get off day to day 'grime'?
if its just normal day to day cleaning try soapy water and a sponge, but if your house is anything like mine and you have a 2 year old that like to draw on the sofa with a ball point pen then try using shaving foam as its a high concentrated soap and will shift any thing, don't scrub it as it will wreck the leather just leave in for a few minutes then wipe of with a soft cloth.Cream leather sofa , any ideas how to get off day to day 'grime'?
baby wipes (the ones with baby lotion in) The wipes clean and the lotion nourishes your leather
How about trying saddle soap? It's a cleaner that is intended specifically for leather; you can generally get it anywhere you find shoe polish, in the same type of small, flat can.
TRY A WAX BASED POLISH LIKE PLEDGE FURNITURE POLISH. IT WORKS ON MY SEAT COVERS!
Clean it with saddle soap and then keep it clean by giving it a rub with a baby wipe from time to time.
Saddle soap or tack cleaner available from saddlery and tack shops. The brand I use is Carr, Day and Martin, I clean the cream leather in My car with it and it leaves it spotless every time and in great condition too, after a little leather food.
Baby wipes are the best / cheapest thing you can try!
Try baby wipes - they shift most stuff and won't dry out leather.
Hello mum of 3,You can use Baby wipes or Detox wipes they are both very good, but I normally use Fairy liquid, a very small amount in some tepid water soft sponge, then a damp clean cotton cloth to make sure no sud麓s are left then dry with another cotton cloth . Really come麓s up nice
I usually use a small amount of washing up liquid in a bowl of warm water and sponge it over. Then dry it off with a dry duster. You could get a leather cleaner but thats for treatment as opposed to cleaning. I bought the leather cleaning wipes which are good for daily wiping.
baby wipes are great for this
i use a spot washing up liquid on an almost dampcloth, but remember to dry the area properly
You can buy leather cleaning wipes from the supermarket - cost about 拢5 for 10 sheets, they also keep the leather supple and don't take the dye out of the leather .....

They may have been branded for car leather seats - but worked equally well on our sofa.

remember to test on an area hidden from view first !

iv used to normal face spot creams but they do not seem to work and im going on holiday soon and really want to get it sorted out anyone got any ideas on what to do now?My back is spotty and i cant seem to get rid of them i shower every day and use a spot cream?
Are you using a body wash/shower gel with salicylic acid?

Also try keeping your showers short and cool (to avoid drying out and stressing your skin), and use a moisturizer. Just make sure it's oil-free.

I'm sure you'll look great in time for your trip.

What are the benefits of using a night cream then just your normal every day moisturiser?

When you sleep your skin renews it self so if you have a special night cream it will help to smooth out your skin, even out skin tone and help with wrinkles. A normal every day moisturizer will not do this. What are the benefits of using a night cream then just your normal every day moisturiser?
    soft non-wrinkled skin :)

Can you store cream pie in fridge for a whole day?

...without it getting nasty of course. Can you store cream pie in fridge for a whole day?
Yes you can but ensure it is covered as you do not want anything to drip onto it.Can you store cream pie in fridge for a whole day?
If you can cover the pie it would be better, but yes you can store it in the fridge for a whole day without it getting nasty. I think it can last about 3-5 days if you're just cutting one piece out at a time and not leaving the pie out til it's room temperature. Once it's room temperature it starts melting.

Have you tried Sundown or Dusk?
depending on your age and how far the wrinkles have progressed I've had plenty of sucess with vitamin E Cream, and I also use ROC night cream around my eyes. I'm 35 and people always compliment me on my ';porcelain'; skin. I also try to stay out of the sun.
I am 50 years old and was told recently that I could pass for 30 with a ';jowl lift'; (for sagging skin around the jaw line), because I don't have wrinkles. I have always used a Clinique cleansing bar, Avon and Neutrogena face creams, and Revitalift eye-cream around my eyes and mouth. I've never been consistent using all of it daily except the cleansing bar. I believe my good fortune was in inheriting good genes. I eat a healthy diet containing lots of FRESH fruits and vegetables, I drink a lot of liquids (%26lt;4 ounces of alcohol/week), and I don't smoke. I don't believe I could look as young as 30 but I know I do look good for my age.

Dove Deep Moisture Day Cream SPF 15?
I've used it for years and I love it.

Washing face 2 times a day, astringent two times a day, AND pimple cream. what else?

I wash my face twice a day, I use astingent twice a day, AND when my face gets zits, i use pimple cream. Zits and oily faces run in my family. My face isn't that bad yet, but how can I make it almost perfect and prevent it from getting zits. Is there anything other than astringent, pimple cream, and face wash that I can use?Washing face 2 times a day, astringent two times a day, AND pimple cream. what else?
    hey!!

umm...i NEVER get zits. if i do...it's like one or two at a time...not a huge break out. this is what i do to keep my skin healthy, clean, and zit-free...

    1. wash your face as much as possible

-use mild soaps and wash cloths...your hands have a lot of

    unwanted oils

    2. get wipes perscribed from your doctor

-you only need to do this if you your skin is really bad

    3. get a product such as ';St. Ives Apricot Scrub';

-products like these have sand and natural ingredients

that will clear all dead skin cells and prevent future

    breakouts

    4. before you go to sleep apply a self-heated mask

-some masks will clean your skin and hydrate it

    5. apply pimple cream before you sleep

-get this cream perscribed from your doctor...it's the best

    one

Well...i hope this helps...try it and let me know how it turns out!!Washing face 2 times a day, astringent two times a day, AND pimple cream. what else?
Sounds like you're over-stripping your skin of it's natural oils and probably causing irritation.
OK, so makeup, I don't know if you wear any, is usually bad for your skin. However Neutrogena has some makeup specially made to treat acne... pretty cool. Also, try this Neutrogena facewash.. I don't know what it is called but it is orange and it is a gel and it smells, well, like a nursing home or something. OH! One more thing... toothpaste... it works GREAT!! That's what I use... just toothpaste.
    Try tea tree oil.

I've started to use ';Boots - Time resisting day/night cream, but it burns? ?

Well here's the thing. Normally I wash my face with a cleanser and then moisturize with some vitamin e face cream. But a couple of days ago I bought the ';boots'; day/night time resisting creams';. I put it on after i use the toner and before i moisturize. But I feel my face burn. with the new cream. Am I allergic to it? should i stop its use?has anyone used Boots creams before? thanksI've started to use ';Boots - Time resisting day/night cream, but it burns? ?
if it irritates your skin, stop using it... is one of the first rules that they teach in dermatological school.
