Where does day cream go?

I got a little jar of stuff called ';day cream'; radiance by Burts Bees. I also got it for nighttime. Where does it go?Where does day cream go?
Normally it will be for your face and neck but I guess it could go anywhere - if it doesn't say where it should go.
