Hun, most definitely it matters. If you use oily on normal it will damage your skin because it's not made for you. I guarantee neutrogena facial creams, choose your type. Not oily. It is recomeded to wash 2x a day with your cream. No, but finding a cream that works particularly for your skin type would work best.
