Omgosh this is my 2nd time asking this question ufff this is frustrating.. my work hours are crazy n my schedule is not on time but i just need your advice... Is it okay if you wear your night cream before bed but you lose your sleep n you're up? it's probably no big deal. But try to wear it at night, and maybe try some sleep aids if you can't sleep. It is called night cream for a reason, and that reason is that it works best at night when your skin cells are most active.Is night cream as effective if you wear it during the day? I think the reason they want you to wear it at night is because that's when your body/skin are rejuvenating. If you use it during the day it will probably work, just not as well.
