If you want to keep your weight under control, treats like that should really be the exception, not the rule. It's one thing if you have a couple of squares of dark chocolate for dessert every day, but a whole Drumstick is a bit much. Now, if you're talking about having one every few days, that's OK. The trick is to let yourself have some of the things you really like (but are bad for you) so you don't feel deprived, but to keep that in check.Is it okay to have a drum stick ice cream every day if I am watching what I eat?
Every few days is perfectly fine, everyday is not, for obvious reasons.

I'd say its okay as long as you eat good things for dinner or lunch. Also, walking/running/jogging should be a daily thing, so try to start a daily schedule of when you eat and when you exercise. Good Luck:)
I'd say as long as you feel good and aren't gaining weight from it, go right ahead. I eat those all the time and manage to weigh only 115 pounds, so it is possible to not gain weight from that stuff. People do a lot worse things than eat ice cream, so don't even put that in the list of things to worry about. (Now I must go; you made me want to eat a Drumstick...)
In the end you should worry about total calories taken in and total calories burned. You should be even to maintain your wait and burning more than you eat if you want to lose weight.
Obviously the best thing for your body is to put healthy things in but what the heck - nobody's perfect!
Go with every few days. You don't want this to become an addiction...and it definitely can!
depends if u gained ne weight from it and if not i guess u shouldnt worry
