How many times a day does the ice cream man call around your block?

Yesterday, he called FOUR times to our street ..... FOUR !!!!! Hail, rain, nor shine he always shows up. Man, there could have been a world record for the amount of whiny kids parents had to deal with.





Is any one else sick of this, or is it just the CA ice cream men who suck?How many times a day does the ice cream man call around your block?
Just once a day here, but it ALWAYS seems to be either during my baby's nap time or just before dinner so my older child thinks I'm neglecting her when I refuse her the junk food she suddenly NEEDS when she hears the jingly tune...

Where I was living he came one on my street. But now since I moved I don't hear him at all. Don't know why he skips my parents street which I am at. The apartment I was living two years ago. Always come at supper time. That really drive me crazy. But lucky I don't have to deal with him with my two boys. I have ice cream in the freezer.
The ice cream truck here goes by roughly 3 times a day. The kids can hear that stupid truck from a mile away. And always ask for something off the truck. But I am mean ole mom again and say no. I am not buying 1 treat for $2.00 when you can buy a whole box for $3.00











I hate the ice cream man.
The ice cream man hasn't found my street and I am grateful for that. Most every house on our block has young kids, so I find it kinda odd we have no ice cream service. I am grateful though, I don't want my daughter screaming at the door every time the truck goes by.
Sometimes none...sometimes 2 or 3 times...He's very inconsistent. My husband doesn't trust the ice cream trucks...not just the one in our neighborhood, but all of them. I think that's funny...and so far, I haven't received too much lip from my daughter about me not getting it for her.
Once or twice a day, but it doesn't matter because our child is lactose intolerant and can't eat ice cream.





Don't get down on the ice cream men. They're just trying to earn a living. It's up to the parents to teach their kids that no means no.

We don't have one that comes round our street, just never has. If my kids want to spend their pocket money on sweets we'll take them to the corner shop up the road which sells the same stuff, and probably alot more
I'm lucky if it comes around once a month. But when it does its always at 2pm on a Saturday..... why can't it be on weekday.





lol... sometimes I think I complain more about missing the ice-cream truck than my daughter does :p
lol I usually hear the ice cream man about 2 times a day. I would be irritated if my kids were screaming 4 times a day lol
He doesn't come around. The police don't let them drive around. They have a couple of parks they set up in and that's it.
just once around 5pm every day
yes i hate it, they shouldnt even be allowed to come daily let alone more than once
he comes around my block maybe once a week he like never comes haha
