Does anyone know the name of the skin disease where you have to keep putting cream on all day?

My sister asked me but i forgot the name of the disease. They had a show about it on TLC a while back.Does anyone know the name of the skin disease where you have to keep putting cream on all day?
I seen the same show it was about 2 family's each with 2 daughters who had the disease. It is called Harlequins.
