A bowl of cookie dough ice cream in a regular size bowl?Can I eat a bowl of ice cream each day and not gain weight?
chances are, no.


i mean, think about all the calories you're putting into your body.


you'd need to exercise quite a lot to burn it all off.


but there are some people with really good metabolisms...Can I eat a bowl of ice cream each day and not gain weight?

If you are exercising every day and burning off that number of calories, maybe, but what about all of the other food you are eating?

Um.........It would have to be low fat, fat free or sugar free. Something like that and work out a lot
Only if you exercise regularly. The issue isn't gaining weight. It's just unhealthy to eat ice cream every day.
gaining weight is all about calorie intake. Look at how many calories the bowl would be and then subtract them from your other daily intake (or increase your exercise) and you should be ok...that is until you start mid life. Then you probably have to reduce your calorie intake (or increase exercise) even further
Some people can and some people can't depending on your metabolism.
i eat ice cream just about everyday about 4 nice size scoops and have not gained. i am pretty active though. i think as long as you do some sort of activity you should be fine

If you eat more calories than you burn off, you will gain weight. If you eat less, you will lose weight. A bowl of ice cream can have anywhere from 200-500 calories.





If your bowl of ice cream doesn't go over your alotted calories (between 1800-2000 for most,) then you won't gain weight. With that said, it's not really healthy to eat a bowl of ice cream every night. Yes, a little indulgence is good, but the key phrase is ';a little';.
Cookie dough, ooo good choice ^_^ Well you might gain some but it won't happen like right then. After a few months, you might start noticing you're getting a little chunkier. Don't get carried away with it
fat and sugar aside, ice cream is high in protein, so it's not THAT bad...
lol i like outkastindy's answer. i'm lactose intolerant. yes, if you're lactose intolerant, then you can, because it comes out of you REALLLLLLL quick. and it's not comfortable, lemme tell ya.





and you don't throw up. NASTY.
