The last dose of my clindamycin cream which was a 7-day treatment was on tuesday night and in the instructions it says to wait 3 days after treatment to have sex. Should be. Nothing happened to my man after the 10th day (7 day treatment and 3 day wait)...so you should be okay to do. And trust me we didn't wait any longer than we had too. Just use a condom to be on the safe side.
